The new 8th grade FACS group enjoyed making pumpkin bars this week. This is a favorite of many students, so they were excited to make their favorite treat. We even had some taste testers try out each group's bars. Team #1 won this round for presentation and taste!
Seventh graders are raising money for the Children's Miracle Network. One of the ways students are trying to raise money is by making/selling dog toys. Minis are $2, smalls are $3, and larger size toys are $5. Talk to a 7th grade student or call the Wellsburg Center to purchase.
2nd grade scientists in the WAC investigating ways to classify objects by properties for science.
Kierra D Giana F & Claire D represented the AGWSR choir at the Wartburg Meistersinger Honor Choir. They got to sing with hundreds of other talented singers from all over for 2 days & work with the composer of the songs they performed. Congrats on representing our school so well.
AGWSR JV Boys basketball will be playing a continuous clock game at AP tomorrow at 4:45. Coach Schipper has communicated with parents who will be playing, there will be no admission charged.

The Grundy Center at AGWSR BB games scheduled for 1-15-24 have been postponed to 1-25-24, pending officials.
The Curtis Benning wrestling tournament scheduled for 1-14-24 has been cancelled.
Cougar Invite wrestling tournament scheduled for 1-13-24 has been cancelled.
AGWSR Schools, Discovery Preschool, and Cougar's Den Preschool will be closed Friday, January 12 due to the weather.
