K-5 students had an amazing time looking at the Solar Eclipse today! Special thanks to the Ackley Public Library for providing NASA approved viewing glasses for all of our students and staff.
Graduation is creeping closer! Our 2024 Seniors were in 3rd grade when they moved from the old building to our new building. An Ackley Elementary Cookbook could be a fun keepsake to gift as a graduation present! Contact the Ackley Elementary Office to purchase.

2nd Grade celebrated National Schwa Day(April 7) a day late! Activities included a read aloud, word sort, roll and read, unstressed activity making hats, pAjamAs, and lemOnade!

Join the Kindergarten-5th Grade students from the Ackley Attendance Center for their annual Spring Concert Tuesday April 9 at 6:30pm. Students should dress cool and be in their homerooms by 6:15pm. The doors open at 6:00pm. We are planning to stream on the AGWSR Youtube page.

Mrs Culver's Kindergarten Class enjoyed the many mystery readers that came to read to us in March for National Reading Month! A big thank you to all that were able to come surprise us and share your love of reading fun stories with us!
